Requirements 1. Original document(s), legalized by the Chamber of Commerce, the State or the Federal Chancery (documents signed solely by a solicitor or lawyer will not be accepted); 2. Complete copies of all the documents to be legalized; 3. Legalization fee of CHF 25 (per document). If you are sending your document(s) by post, please enclose your receipt of payment transfer; 4. If you wish to have the document(s) sent back by post, please also enclose a self-addressed and stamped return envelope (registered/ einschreiben). For B4-size envelopes, please attach CHF 6.30 stamp and for A4-size envelopes please attach CHF 7.30 stamp. Document Submission

2. By hand You may come in person and present your documents and other requirements to the Consular Section at the Embassy of Indonesia in Bern.
Processing Time
Please be advised that legalization process will take 3-5 business days. The Embassy does not provide immediate/express service. Methods of Fee Payment
a. Cash You can make your document legalization fee payment directly at the Consular Section of the Embassy while submitting your documents in person.
b. Bank Account Transfer Please make your payment by using the following details:

If you make your fee payment with a payment slip (Empfangsschein/ Récépissé/ Ricevuta) via the Post Office, please pay an additional fee of CHF 2,50 for postal administrative fee, otherwise the Post Office will deduct it from the fee payment you make to the Embassy. Failure to do so may cause delays to the processing of your document legalization.
E-banking transfer within Switzerland will not be charged with any additional fee.
After making your payment, please send your receipt of payment transfer together with the rest of your documents.
Please do not send cash in envelope. To avoid the risk of lost/stolen cash enclosed in the envelope during postal delivery, the Embassy strongly advises payments to be made via bank account transfer.
